Job responsibilities
- Promote aquaculture products, including feeds, medicines, and pond-management solutions, to shrimp farmers and aquaculture businesses.
- Explain product benefits, dosage, and usage methods using technical knowledge and field expertise.
- Visit shrimp farms and ponds to assess water quality, disease issues, and low-yield problems.
- Recommend suitable solutions using company products while educating farmers on best farming practices.
- Develop the market by identifying new customers, including farmers, cooperatives, and distributors, and build long-term relationships.
- Follow up after sales, collect customer feedback, and help convert complaints into product-improvement or training opportunities.
